I bring together my authentic warmth, with experience and wide training so that the programmes I offer really do help people cultivate their emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing, leading to greater resilience and growth. 
A key part of what I offer comes from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the original and most scientifically-proven mindfulness programme.

Full MBSR for a group of 10 - 15 as below: 

  • 8 x weekly 2.5 hour  sessions, plus a day of mindfulness retreat 

  • Audio recordings and  course notes.

  • Broad and deep curriculum

  • Support for each participant

I love to help people learn to live with more ease, peace, well-being and joy. The sessions can be tailored to clients' needs. Eg:

Minimum booking: group of 10

$675pp or by 9 weekly instalments of $75pp

Mindfulness course grads:

Evening - in person and Zoom

Evidence-Based

Evidence supports the benefit of mindfulness to health and wellbeing, with results showing positive effects on several aspects of whole-person health. This includes the mind, the brain, the body and behaviour, as well as a person’s relationships with others. Mindfulness has also shown to help with a number of conditions, including stress, anxiety, depression, sleeping problems, addictive behaviours and physical problems, like hypertension, heart disease and chronic pain.

The benefits of mindfulness meditation include increased concentration, productivity, physical and psychological resilience and the ability to respond skilfully to stressful situations. Meditation is also effective in decreasing depression, physical pain, emotional reactivity and the reliance on unhealthy coping behaviors.
